Shipping & returns

Merch ships within Egypt only. Shipping is priced by governorate and shown before you pay; delivery takes 2–6 working days.

When your package ships you get an email with the tracking number, and you can follow it from your order page.

If the size is wrong or the item is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with the item unused and we will exchange or refund it.

Digital products and codes are not refundable once downloaded or revealed, unless the problem is on our side.

Services (such as shoutouts) are fully refundable until we have started on them.
